Health & Safety

Before you attend

If you or anyone in your group has been unwell, particularly with anything contagious, within 48 hours of your session, please let us know and consider rearranging rather than attending.

Please inform us in advance of any allergies, medical conditions, or additional needs we should be aware of — including dietary requirements, given refreshments are provided as part of some experiences.

Footwear & clothing

This is a genuine outdoor woodland with uneven, natural terrain. Please wear boots or sturdy, weather-appropriate footwear — we may be unable to accommodate unsuitable footwear on the day. Dress for the conditions; we are not liable for damage to clothing or personal items.

Fire pit

Some experiences take place around an open fire pit. Please follow all instructions from our team, keep a safe distance unless directed otherwise, and supervise children closely at all times.

Foraging

Where an experience involves foraging, only eat or use what our team confirms is safe. Do not forage independently elsewhere on site.

Wildlife & terrain

This woodland is home to wildlife including badgers, with active setts across the site — please remain on marked paths at all times, both for your safety and the animals'.

Open wounds

Please ensure any open cuts or wounds are covered before attending. Let us know on arrival if you need a plaster.

Following instructions

For everyone's safety, please follow any instructions given by our team on site, particularly around the fire pit, foraging, and woodland terrain.

In an emergency

[PLACEHOLDER — first aid provision on site, nearest emergency access point/what3words for emergency services, mobile signal is noted as poor elsewhere so worth confirming how you'd actually summon help if needed]
